SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days from date of purchase. This includes the weekdays from Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays. To avoid delays for delivery, kindly do keep an eye out for our delivery team’s call as we will need to confirm the delivery timing with you before proceeding with the delivery.

Express Delivery/Date Choice
If you would prefer to choose a specific date for delivery, we offer this option at an additional $50.

Free Assembly
For AKRacing and Arozzi gaming chairs, we offer free installation and the chair will be fully assembled at our warehouse before it ships out to you. It will reach you ready for you to sit!

If you prefer to assemble the chair yourself, kindly inform us upon placing the order or contact us via the methods available at our Contact Us page.

Tracked Courier Shipping 
We offer tracked courier shipping for all our products with fees based on respective total shipping weight and/or price of your order. Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you. 

Express Delivery Option
Need your item fast? We offer an express delivery option for urgent orders. Additional fees apply for express delivery option. 

Store Pick-up Option
We offer self-collection option. After placing your order, instructions for self-collection date and time will be emailed to you. 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include administrative, handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. 

We offer self-collection option for customers who wish to pick up at their convenience.

Collection Timing
Our collection hours are from Monday to Saturday 3pm to 8pm. If you wish to come outside of this timing, kindly let us know and we will do our best to arrange.

Collection Process
After order has been placed, please wait for us to reach out to ensure that the item(s) are available for collection.
Once we have reached out, feel free to come down anytime during our collection hours!

We'll hold your item for up to 30 days after which the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 5% admin and holding charge.
